What is your Business Philosophy?

We operate Celebrations according to The Golden Rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."  from Luke 6:31.  We always try to give you the excellent service, respect, honesty and integrity that you deserve. We treat our customers the way we want to be treated.

How do I purchase items from your site?

Glad you asked! You can order online from our site & pay in several different ways.  Use our secure online checkout and pay with your MC, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Paypal.  

What forms of Payment do you accept?

For your convenience -- we gladly accept:  Paypal, Visa, Master Card and Discover
credit cards

What will I pay for Shipping?

Shipping Charges for items that go through Celebrations secure shopping cart

Some items you order will go through our vendor's secure shopping cart. That vendor will determine your shipping when you go through their cart. We will approve your order, add sales tax (if shipping to Texas) and charge your credit card.

Do you charge Sales Tax? 

There is no sales tax if your order is delivered outside Texas .  We are required to collect sales tax on sales shipped to Texas.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Stationery and invitation orders usually ship from the printer within 24-48 hours. Add shipping time to that. 

How will my products arrive?

Most orders will be sent to you via UPS or FedEx with some others arriving by USPS. Some items will ship directly to you from our printer. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know when you order. Stationery items will arrive flat, not folded and unassembled (unless otherwise noted). Quality stationery deserves the human touch in order to be folded pretty and assembled. You wouldn't want a machine to fold your beautiful wedding invitations would you?

What if my stationery or invitations have an error on them?

If Celebrations or our vendor makes an error on your order we will replace it & ship the replacement for free.

If you make an error on your order and you want it reprinted, we offer a customer discount - if you let us know about the error within seven days of receiving your merchandise.

Personalized orders are printed just for you and cannot be returned or refunded. Our printers provide excellent quality products, but occasionally a human error will occur. Please check your order carefully as soon as you receive it. Check all the printing for correct spelling, verify the quantity you received and let us know asap if there is an error so we can correct it. Please email or call us if you have any questions. We know it's a little confusing trying to place orders online. So, please email if we can help you. We want to help simplify your life!

What is your Privacy Policy?

We have great respect for your utmost privacy. All information you provide to Celebrations will remain confidential. No part of your private information will ever be shared with anyone not associated with the company.

What happens with pricing errors?

As we all know, occasionally errors can happen. If the price on the website is wrong, we will contact you immediately with the correct price. You will have the option to continue with the order or to cancel.
