1)  What types of payment do you accept?  

For your convenience --

 

Also, personal checks (must clear our bank before we ship your order),

2)  How do I purchase items from your site?

 

To order items in the left-hand column of our "Products" page --

"Unique Gifts" and "On Sale"

 your order will go through our secure Celebrations shopping cart.

When you are finished ordering, you can -
    a)  Use our secure online checkout with your MC, Visa, American Express or   Discover, or
    b)  Call and give us your credit card information on the phone, or
    c)  Print out your order, call us for mailing information, then mail it to us with your check/Money Order/Cashier's Check.

Shipments to Texas pay applicable sales tax.

To order products on the right-hand side of our "Products" page your order will go  through our vendor's secure shopping cart.  That vendor will determine your shipping when you go through their shopping cart.  We will approve your order, add sales tax (if shipping to Texas) and charge your credit card.

3)  How will my products arrive?  Stationery items will arrive flat, not folded.  Quality stationery deserves the human touch in order to be folded pretty.  Orders will be sent to you via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.

4)  What is your return policy?

Please proofread your personalized orders very carefully.  If we make an error on your order we will replace it for free.  If you make an error on your order and you want it reprinted, we offer a customer discount - if you let us know about the error within seven days of receiving your merchandise.  Personalized orders are printed just for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
